We hold a meeting dedicated to the selection of materials needed to complete the project.
Budgeting
Branach Homes prepares a budget based on the client’s selections. The comprehensive budget will include: operating expenses, site work expenses, and construction expenses.
Construction Documents
Construction documents will be prepared for the purpose of obtaining a building permit and contract. These drawings include the plans, sections, elevations and details required to complete the proposed work.
Scope of Work / Timeline
Branach Homes generates a detailed document listing all materials and services that are to be used in the project. Branach Homes provides a detailed timeline to complete the scope of work.
Construction Phase
Branach Homes manages and monitors every aspect of the construction and completes all necessary inspections to deliver the completed project with a Certificate of Occupancy.
